NOCES is an immersive artwork conceived by Cédric Bachorz and his collaborator Morgan Di Benedetto, inviting the viewer to explore the union of two essential elements: the sea and the land. This audiovisual performance plunges the audience into the heart of natural forces, where light, sound, and movement intertwine to reveal invisible and sensitive connections.

Designed as a sensory journey, NOCES offers a 360-degree narrative, where every angle becomes a new window of interpretation. Spectators are free to claim the space, discover multiple perspectives, and feel the subtle dance between the elements. Imagination and reality intersect, creating an enchanting atmosphere where light and sound interact fluidly and deeply.

The soundtrack, composed by Jérôme Perceval, serves as a guiding thread. Its sonic textures, blending organic and contemporary resonances, perfectly align with the light play to form an immersive choreography. The ensemble creates a delicate balance, where each element seems to respond to the other, amplifying the sensory impact.

Presented as a preview in December 2024 at the Abbey of Beauport, NOCES is a reflection on the bonds between humanity and nature. The universal theme of love is explored through this poetic and symbolic union.

With the collaboration of Morgan Di Benedetto, Cédric Bachorz enriches his artistic universe by reimagining the space as a true field of sensory experimentation.
